Bridging the Gap Between Rehabilitation and Performance: Multidirectional Movement is designed to serve as a resource for trainers who have clients who participate in athletics and have completed their prescribed rehabilitation program for an injury, but who are not quite ready to engage in high-level training or return to full participation in a particular sport. The DVD explores the performance-training continuum, as well as discusses movement efficiency and motor learning, which are critical factors in developing high-performance athleticism.
